Announcement of JCET Group Co., Ltd. CFO Resignation

On April 7, 2022, the company's Board of Directors received a written resignation submitted by the company's Chief Financial Officer, Ms. Janet Tao Chou. Ms. Janet Tao Chou resigned as the company's CFO due to personal reasons.  According to the relevant laws and regulations and the relevant provisions of the company’s Articles of Association, this resignation will take effect from the date when the resignation is delivered to the Board of Directors.  After Ms. Janet Tao Chou resigned as the company's CFO, she will not hold other positions in the company.

The resignation of Ms. Janet Tao Chou has no significant impact on the company's normal operations and management activities.  In the future, she will conduct handover work in an orderly and proper manner according to the company's work needs. The Board of Directors of the company will appoint a new CFO as soon as possible in accordance with relevant regulations.

During her tenure as the company's CFO, Ms. Janet Tao Chou was diligent and responsible, and played an active role in the company's international operations, cost and operating expense control, and improvement of financial structure.  The company and the company's Board of Directors sincerely express their gratitude to Ms. Janet Tao Chou for her contributions to the company's development.
